The choice between a flat or helix design depends on the specific application and requirements. A flat design may be more suitable for applications where space is limited and a low profile is needed. On the other hand, a helix design may be preferred for applications where a higher torque or power transmission is required, as the helical shape provides more contact area and can handle higher loads. Ultimately, the decision should be based on the specific needs and constraints of the application. **

Plastic pots can be okay for plants as they are lightweight, durable, and come in a variety of sizes and shapes. However, it is important to choose a plastic pot with drainage holes to prevent waterlogging and root rot. Additionally, plastic pots can retain more heat than other materials, so they may not be suitable for plants that are sensitive to temperature fluctuations.
